If you are a landlord, property manager, or business owner, you will be responsible for the safety of your business or workplace. Regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, dictate that you must ensure electrical equipment is safe to use.
.Our PAT contractors will check all equipment with a visual inspection and then a thorough series of electrical tests using the relevant equipment. We look at the condition of the plug and lead, the appliance case condition, and the correct fuse rating. It will also assess it for earth continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity.
If we notice small faults such as a faulty fuse or broken plug, these can be corrected or replaced for free.
We complete all PAT Tests including:
